Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Initiate and manage early-stage client communications
  • Analyze sales trends and performance
  • Assist in closing deals and managing sales-related financial tasks
  • Provide excellent customer support and relationship management

Must Have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in tech, ERP, or SaaS sectors) in USA
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline tracking

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling Odoo ERP solutions
  • Knowledge of business processes (e.g., accounting, inventory, sales, HR)
  • Experience working with remote teams or international clients
  • Existing network or client base in relevant industries
  • Background in consulting or solution selling
